The use of deer hair for the tails, back and wings on these humpies makes for a durable, high-floating fly. I think the Red Humpies looks like a big red bug and that big painted eye looks like it’s head. An assortment of these terrestrial patterns should be in fly boxes of beginners and experts alike.
