The Female Adams is a variant of the traditional Adams. It adds a splash of color, in this case yellow, to the highly successful base pattern. Like the traditional Adams, this pattern will be a good choice for a wide array of insects that trout feed on. Astute fly anglers will often switch to this fly if a trout has taken a look at an Adams or another dry fly and decided it wasn’t the right fly at the right time. That little variation with the color will often trigger a response. The EZEYEFLY hooks with the bigger eye will make the transition from one fly to another much quicker, allowing you to fool the by-now interested trout.

EZEYEFLY easy-tie flies were developed by Randy, our resident expert, with both a Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Fisheries Biology. Previously working as a Fisheries Management Biologist in Kansas, and now serving in the EPA.
What makes EZEYEFLY flies so special is the drastically increased size in the eye. We've beefed it up without drastically increasing on fly weight, and no noticeable difference on the take. Spend less time rigging and more time fishing.
